Photography has become the doorway to channeling my creative energy, a way of expressing feeling, capturing moments, forever embalming them in time. Since as far back as I can remember I stood in awe of my Grandfather who captured the horrors of WW2 through his photography and later working for the Cape Times recording daily events, creating historic memories in picture.

My first camera was a Kodak 500, remember the flash attachments…I think it was this camera as primitive as it was that awakened my own interest in photography. Keeping it real is my ethos, capturing real moments and allowing that moment to be reflected, allowing the story to unfold what the eye beholds
